Information we collect
Depending on how you use UNISSERV, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, uploaded files, request and payment information, promo code usage, and messages or information you provide when contacting us.
For creator applications, we may additionally collect your Instagram username and payout information such as a RIP/account detail or Baridi Mob number.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, contact customers about their projects, review creator applications, provide creator accounts, attribute promo-code conversions, calculate commissions, process creator payouts, maintain account security and prevent misuse.
How we protect it
Account passwords are stored using one-way password hashing. Creator sessions use server-side session tokens. Payment and payout details are kept in our private application database and are not displayed publicly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information when needed to operate the service, provide a requested service, process a payment or payout, protect the service, or comply with a legal obligation.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including order records, accounting and security. You can contact UNISSERV to ask about the personal information associated with your account or request correction where applicable.
